From a small act of kindness to a movement for animal welfare.
The Mohan Malani Foundation was born from a deep love for animals and a belief that every living being deserves kindness, care, and dignity. What started as one family's effort to help stray animals in their neighborhood has grown into a full-fledged animal welfare organization.
Named in honor of Mohan Malani, whose lifelong compassion for animals inspired those around him, the foundation carries forward his legacy of selfless service. Today, we operate rescue programs, run shelters, conduct vaccination drives, and advocate for stronger animal protection laws.
Our journey has been powered by the belief that when communities come together with empathy, real change happens — one animal at a time.
Compassion in Action
Every decision we make starts with empathy. We treat every animal — from street dogs to abandoned cattle — with the same level of care and respect.
We believe animal welfare is a shared responsibility. We work hand-in-hand with local communities, veterinarians, and government bodies.
Every rupee donated is accounted for. We publish regular reports on our spending, rescues, and impact so our supporters know exactly where their help goes.
We focus on long-term solutions — sterilization programs, education, and policy advocacy — not just immediate rescue, to create lasting change.
